The White Room works on an appointment-only basis to ensure you receive the best possible service. Our opening hours are:
Monday – Thursday: 10am-4.30pm
Friday: 10am-5pm
Saturday: 10am – 6pm.
Our competitive appointment fees ensure you are treated to our exclusive personal styling experience.
Weekdays: £30 | Saturdays & Evenings: £40 | Sundays and Bank Holidays are upon request only: £75

What should I expect?
Choosing your wedding dress should be celebrated as a uniquely wonderful experience and from the moment you walk through our door we do everything we can to make your experience fun and enjoyable. We advise you to keep an open mind and try some styles that we suggest, even if you think you might not like them; you’ll be surprised at what suits you and what doesn’t! We will help you choose a dress that compliments not only the look and feel you want to achieve for your day, but also your body shape and most importantly, your unique personality. So that we can ensure you have plenty of time to choose which of our stunning designer dresses you would like to try and to give you the time you need on our white catwalk, we allocate one and a half hours for your initial appointment.

FAQs
In our experience, 8-10 months is the ideal length of time. This will enable you to gather ideas and inspiration but still leave you with enough time to place your order in accordance with our designers’ lead times to avoid potential ‘rush cut’ charges. The more shops you initially visit and the longer you wait to place your order, the more stressful things can become. Ideally you should allow a minimum of six months from the order date to your wedding day and plan for two visits for champagne fittings. However, we can usually accommodate most timescales.
In the excitement of trying on wedding dresses, it’s really tempting to bring everyone you know, but we can tell you as a matter of fact that this tends to lead to disaster! Too many opinions can be conflicting, confusing and overwhelming. We suggest a maximum of three guests – mother of the bride, maid of honour and a trusted friend or relative is usually sufficient.
You are going to be hopping in and out of dresses, so first of all we suggest you wear underwear that you don’t mind being seen in! Nude or light coloured underwear is usually best so that it does not show through the delicate silk fabrics and a well fitted bra that gives you the shape you love is a good idea, preferably strapless if you have one.

First appointments will carry a fee chargeable on booking. Second appointments will not require an appointment deposit. Unfortunately, no booking fee refunds will be available with less than 48 hours cancellation notice.
